• C.H.E.K Academy, Corrective & Holistic Exercise Kinesiology

• Black Belt Martial arts Instructor (Kickboxing/All Levels)

Emmanuel has developed a personalised training approach that combines, weight loss, strength gains, endurance, flexibility and improved posture for a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

Emmanuel has worked in both large gym settings and private studios, Emmanuel has also competed in both semi and full contact kickboxing competitions and now helps clients one to one, promoting correct form and technique to minimise injury.
